ADDING TEXTURE TO DIE CUTS
I love Craft-A-Flower products as you can do a lot of things with a flower layers before actually assembling the flower. For this card I was adding wooden texture to some elements die-cut made with the Craft-A-Flower: Rose.
Which I did by stamping with Walk In the Woods background stamp onto the cardstock before die cutting of it. Speaking of the cardstock – I was using the Gradient Cardstock Set – Summer Afternoon to die cut the layers for the rose and leaves.
I left one rose without texture to make it look kinda “in front”.
For the background I quickly make a galaxy one using watercolor. After which I added white splatters onto it and foam mounted it onto a white card base.
And I also added Geometric Frames onto the background before adhering the roses and leaves.
Lastly I popped up a white embossed on black sentiment.
