STAMPtember | Altenew Exclusive – Fall Birthday Card

If you’re a stamper than you for sure know what STAMPtember is – a month long event of celebrating creativity in general and stamping in particular. This year its 10th anniversary – can you believe it?

There are a lot of fun things happen during this month and one of the most exciting ones are exclusive collaboration sets. I was honored to play with Altenew Exclusive Stamp Set – Botanical Motifs.

Being totally in a fall mood currently I made a fall birthday card using the set. I think you can use any flower stamp and make a fall card just by using fall colors. Well maybe not each flower will work for fall, I don’t see cherry blossom or crocuses in this role, but many other can totally work.

So I stamped the flowers from the set onto a white cardstock using red and orange inks and fussy cut them with my scissors. Next I stamped leaves in green and cut them out as well.

Then I took a kraft panel and stamped several different leaves onto it using brown inks. I located my stamping towards the bottom right corner of the panel.

After that I adhered my floral elements onto the panel forming a cluster. Some elements I adhered flat and some I popped up using dimensional adhesive.

Next I added brown splatters onto the panel, let them dry and foam mounted it onto a white card base.

Lastly I popped up a sentiment onto the card.
