MONOCHROMATIC TROPICAL CARD

For my first card I used the new Parlor Palm and Monstera 3D Die Sets.

I die cut lots of elements using the both die sets out of the Green Meadows Gradient Cardstock. I used the two shades from the cardstock set for Parlor Palm die cuts. Same to die cut layers of the Monstera 3D set cardstock of two different shades was used. Then I layered the monstera die cuts by stacking layers of each element.

After that I cut a panel a big bigger than the largest die of the Rounded Rectangles Die Set and adhered all die cuts into it. First I kinda laid the base with Parlor Palm die cuts and then adhered monsteras on top.

Next I die cut the whole piece using the largest die from the Rounded Rectangles Die Set. This way I cut off all extra pieces altogether (versus adhering them onto an empty rounder panel and then trimming the sticking out parts).

After that I wrapped a green bakers twine around the panel several times and tied the bow. Followed by foam mounting the panel onto another one made out of cardstock piece from the.

Next I stamped and die cut a sentiment and popped it onto the panel. Which in turn I adhered onto a white card base.

Lastly I added several green sequins.

MODERN TROPICAL FOLIAGE CARD

For my second card I used the same die sets as above and I made all die cuts out of a white cardstock. After that I adhered them around the edges of a Navy card base.

Then I die cut the largest Rounded Rectangle out of Navy cardstock and Framed Congrats out of white. The frames die cuts matched perfectly the rounded rectangle and I adhered one onto the another.

Then I adhered one Parlor Palm die cut onto the rectangle and lastly foam mounted it onto the card.
