Have you finished making Christmas cards? You probably have 🙂 For those who still needs ideas for the last minute holiday cards, gathering inspiration for the next holiday season or just enjoy seeing Christmas images (or any handmade card) – I’m sharing a quick and simple yet elegant holiday card idea.
I’m honored today to guest design at Ellen Hutson’s annual 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Twist. Today is Day 10 and the challenge is color theme – Merry and BRIGHT!I’m usually pretty traditional when it comes to holiday projects. It’s either red and greens, silver and blue or neutral kraft, brown and white. And it was very interesting for me to get out of my comfort zone and make something so bright in not so traditional colors.
I want to share very simple one layer card using Altenew Night Before Christmas Stamp Set. This set has two pretty big trees with sentiments inside. Which themselves already have a ready Christmas card. So you can simply stamp a tree and call it a card.
But today I want to show how you can stretch this set a bit. The top and sides of there trees totally can work as separate one. And for my card I used them in this role.
