Autumn chalkboard

Today is this month PTI blog hop. And the inspiration…. Oh my! When I saw this picture of autumn chalkboard … Chalkboard, leaves, a rustic country feel.. I wanna live inside this picture!!!

But anyway. Here is my cardI literally replicated inspiration photo design on my card. First created a simple chalkboard piece. Then stamped several leaves with PTI Leaf Prints Stamps set on PTI cardstock. Fussy cut them and scored in the middle. Then I started to assemble my card.  On a white card base added a piece of woodgrain background (I did some time before), next – the chalkboard piece. I adhered these levels a bit crooked to add some interest. Then adhered leaves, in form of scattered clusters. Added some enamel dots and this finished my card.Chalkboard is one of the classic designs. Also I feel like you can use it with numerous color combos. But with fall colors – it’s like was born for this color combo! Also it’s one of my favorite techniques. It’s so easy to make but the result is always so effective.
