GALAXY DESSERT

The new All Things Sweet is a layering stamp set that will help to easily create several very realistically popular desserts.

Galaxy desserts are quite popular right now, I decided to try making one as well for a birthday card.

First I stamped the dessert using blue, purple, and violet inks and then die-cut it with the matching die. I also made planet rings using Stellar Stamp & Die Bundle.

The same set was used to create the starry background as well as the sentiment strip.

I popped both the dessert and sentiment onto the background panel, which in turn was foam mounted onto a white card base. Which finished off the card.

GALAXY EUCALYPTUS

My second card features an awesome Eucalyptus Wreath Hot Foil Plate and coordinating coloring stencil.

Since I already was in Galaxy mood I decided to implement this then in this card as well.

First, I hot foiled the Eucalyptus Wreath onto a white panel using the Fuchsia Flower Hot Foil. Then I colored it by blending blue, purple, and violet inks (I linked the specific inks I used below) through the Eucalyptus Wreath Coloring Stencil.

Next, I colored the panel in black using water-based black marker. You don’t want to use alcohol-based marker for that as it will color over foiling. Water-based marker though will be resited by it.

Then, I added tiny white ink spray splatters onto the panel and popped the sentiment strip on top. Lastly, I foam mounted the panel onto a white card base.
