CARD

My die cutting machine had to work a lot when I was making my card. As well as my adhesive. While my stamps were taking some rest as none were used that day.

I used the Summer Afternoon and Green Meadows Gradient Cardstock Sets along with the new Sparkle & Dazzle and Forest Canopy Glitter Cardstock Sets to die cut elements for the card using dies from the new Craft-A-Flower: Daffodil. I was using glitter cardstock for the very top layers of each elements using them like accents.

The background was made using the Enchanting Vibes 3D Embossing Folder. I wanted to create an illusion of some greenery in the background and this folder was ideal for this purpose.

As far as the sentiment goes initially I wanted to made it die cut as well, but it could be a bit overkill in terms of  layers and dimensions. So instead I grabbed one made previously from my sentiments box  and popped it onto the card.
