MUSHROOM COTTAGE

The very first product I wanted to have my hands on from this release is the adorable Mushroom Cottage. I love all things mushrooms, as they’re so charming and remind me of fall. But this time I decided to defer fall cardmaking and make it in a color scheme I’ve been loving lately—fuchsia and teal.

I die-cut all the elements for the card out of white cardstock and colored each detail by ink blending using inks from the Rode Petal and Sea Shore Fresh Dye Ink Sets.

To make the background I did ink blending using also Sea Shore Fresh Dye Ink Set. I did a gradient ink blending from the bottom to the panel middle with the darker part in the bottom. At the top I also added clouds using the Cloud Scene Stencil.

The Mushroom Greetings Bundle was used to make the white-embossed on black sentiment label.

Several Crystal Clear Enamel Dots finished off the card.

WHIMSICAL FLOWER VINE

My second card features the Whimsical Flower Vine Die Set and is executed in the same color scheme.

I made the background using a teal cardstock panel with ink blended Sea Shore Fresh Dye Inks on top. Water splatters were added to introduce some texture.

The floral vine elements were die cut out of Rose Quartz Solid and Sea Shore Gradient Cardstock Sets

The sentiment was made using the Timeless Sentiments 2 Die Set. Rose Petal Enamel Dots finished off the card.
