Spellbinders | September Glimmer Hot Foil Kit – Multi Color Foiled Birthday Banner Card

Hello everyone!

This month’s Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit – Glimmering Build a Banner is all about sentiment banners. It’s one of those shapes that can become a staple in any craft stash.

The set features several dies to die-cut banner parts and Glimmer Hot Foil plates for sentiments and banner shadings.

I made a clean and simple birthday card using this kit as well as one of my favorite Organic Foliage Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set.

So the card design is pretty simple and maybe even basic. I added interest by using foils of different colors – Citrine, Red, and Teal.

First I made the birthday banner using this month’s Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit, Rustic Cream Cardstock, and mentioned foils.

Next I foiled some foliage onto a white panel using the Organic Foliage Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set and the same foils.

The panel was foam mounted onto a Rustic Cream card base and the banner was popped up on top. Lastly, I added several gold confetti.
