WATERCOLOR BOUQUET
For my first card I used the Jumbo Flower Pot Set (stamp, die) to create the focal point element.
All elements from the set were white embossed onto a watercolor paper, watercolored and die cut using the matching dies. I adhered the pot element to the large floral one using a liquid adhesive. After that I popped up several individual flowers onto the large floral element.
Next I die cut a white front panel using the Stitched Flower Panel Die which I foam mounted onto a kraft card base. Followed by foam mounting the flower pot onto it.
To finish off the card I popped up a sentiment white embossed onto a red strip and added several Clearly Enough Enamel Dots.
VELLUM FLORALS AND RAINBOW
I used the same Jumbo Flower Pot Set for my next card, although in this case I white embossed it onto a Vellum.
The front panel I die cut out of a white cardstock using the Stitched Diamond Panel Die. The bottom part of the panel I “filled in” by inlaying the cut outs into their corresponding negative openings in the panel (and taping to the panel at the back). The top part of the panel I backed with a patterned paper from the JJ’s Rainbows Sampler. After that I foam mounted the panel onto a white card base.
The vellum floral element I cut into two pieces to fit onto the panel. I adhered them together overlapping in the middle. Also I adhered an individual vellum flower to cover the “seam”.
The sentiment I white embossed onto a rainbow pattern paper strip from the JJ’s Rainbows Sampler. Next I foam mounted it onto the vellum piece, which In turn was foam mounted onto the panel.
To finish off the card I added several Clearly Enough Enamel Dots.
