Spellbinders | Cake Birthday Card. September Large Die Of The Month

Hi friends!

Today I want to share a fun birthday card featuring this month’s Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month – Have Your Cake.

With this set you can create a fun large cake slice with several yummy toppings and sentiments implemented in the cake layers. There is also EXTRA BONUS for VIP Value Club Members this month – the Sprinkles Stamp Set.

I used this stamp set to stamp the sprinkle background onto a white cardstock with brown ink, then I torn the top and bottom edges and adhered it onto a kraft card base.

After that I die cut the elements for the cake out of a watercolor paper, watercolored them and assembled the slice. Then I added a white ink spray splatters onto the cake.

Lastly I popped the cake up onto the card.
