Spellbinders | Floral For You Card

Hi friends!

Quickly popping it to share a birthday card featuring Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foiling System and recently released Especially For You Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set.

First I made the background by blending Candied Apple, Mustard Seed, Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean onto a white panel and then sprinkled it with water using Distress Sprayer (which creates the best splatters).

Then I foiled a plate from the Imperial Adorned Ovals Glimmer Hot Foil Plates using the Pewter Glimmer Foil.

After that I foiled the sentiment from the Especially For You Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set using the same foil. Next I adhered the panel onto a white card base.

 

I also foiled several flowers and leaves from the same set onto a white cardstock and blended same Oxide Inks onto the flowers as I did onto the background. The leaves I decided to leave white.

Next I adhered the flowers and leaves onto the card, trying to place each flower onto the area of the same color.

Lastly I created a white sentiment strip using a die from the Especially For You Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set and Pewter Glimmer Foil and popped it up onto the card.
