Spellbinders | Boo Halloween Card. July Large Die Of The Month

Hi friends!

Today I want to share a Simple Halloween card featuring this month’s Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month – Does Your Garden Grow Alphabet.

This is an alphabetical set, but not your typical one. It also contains several floral elements bent in different manner to fit different letters from the alphabet.

CARD

I made a simple Halloween card in candy corn color scheme using this set.

First I created dimensional letters for the sentiment. I die-cut each letter 5 times out of a dark brown cardstock and once out of white. Then I stuck corresponding die cuts using liquid adhesive placing the white ones on top.

Then I die cut several leaves out of a black, orange and yellow and adhered them onto the card.

After that I quickly made a panel by blending Black Soot, Carved Pumpkin and Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Inks onto a white panel and then sprinkled it with water.

Then the panel got foam mounted onto a white card base.

Lastly I adhered the letters onto the card and finished it off by adding several enamel dots.
