BOTANICAL RHAPSODY

For my first card I used a very beautiful Botanical Rhapsody Washi Tape. There is almost no color on this card, but I’m pleased so much of how it turned out.

Teal monocromatic card featuring Altenew Teal Shadow Washi Tape. Card by Svitlana Shayevich

I applied the tape onto a 80lb Neenah Solar White cardstock and then fussy cut several elements with my scissors.

Next I made the front panel out of a Moonrock Cardstock and then applied the new Embossing Paste onto it through the Tree Ring Stencil using a palette knife.

I adhered all cut out elements onto the panel forming a cluster. Almost all elements I adhered in their center (aka I only applied a liquid glue in the center) leaving all other parts sticking out. It added a lot of interest to the composition.

I made a sentiment using the Birthday Builder Stamp Set by white embossing it on a Jet Black cardstock and then cutting out with my scissors. I popped the sentiment onto the panel, which in turn was foam mounted onto a white card base.

Lastly I added several Onyx Crystals.

TEAL SHADOW

For my second card the new Teal Shadow Washi Tape was used.

I also applied the tape onto a white cardstock and cut out a bunch of elements out of it.

I made a panel out of a green cardstock and added the Pure White Ink Spray splatters onto it.

After that I foam mounted the panel onto a white card base. Followed by adhering cut out of the washi tape elements onto the card. I adhered them in the form a leaf canopy.

To finish off the card I popped the sentiment and added several Snow Crystals.
