BOLD SLIMLINE

The new Enchanting Vines 3D Embossing Folder is absolutely amazing! I used it to make this bold slimline card.

The embossing folder size is shorter than a slimline panel so I had to run it through my die cutting machine twice. First I embossed the major part of the panel (from bottom up) using it. And on the second run I embossed only top part that was missing embossing. I used the Navy Cardstock to make the panel.

The seam was very easy to hide under the sentiment. Which I made using the Bold Thanks Die Set, die-cutting out of Gold Mirror Cardstock and Navy Cardstock.

Additionally I wrapped a gold thread around the panel. The sentiment was popped up using black adhesive foam squares. The panel is foam mounted onto a white card base.

To accentuate the card I added several Antique Gold Sequins.

EASY FLORAL WITH LAYERED STENCIL

My second card I executed in the same style – gold and navy slimline using this time the new Meadow Bush Layering Stencil Set.

First I created the floral element using the said layering stencil, inks from the Northern Shore Ink Set and Antique Gold Embossing Powder. After that I die cut it using the matching die and cut into two pieces using my scissors.

The front panel I made out of a Navy Cardstock and added some Antique Gold Metallic Spray splatters onto it for additional interest. I adhered two floral pieces onto the panel using black adhesive foam squares and then foam mounted the panel onto a white card base.

The sentiment I made again using the Bold Thanks Die Set, die cutting it out of a white and Gold Foil Cardstock.

The sentiment was popped up onto the card and several Antique Gold Sequins finished it off.

MARKERS TOPPERS DECAL

Altenew recently released two new sets of Artist Markers (Set F and Set G) and I couldn’t wait for the corresponding toppers decal to be released to I can label and organize them.

I already shared before how I’m using this decal to not only label the markers (which make them SOOOOO much easies to use) but also to create color swatches for marker groups.

Sunshine Valley & Water Garden Marker Toppers Decal Set also has two floral elements which I used to decorate my ink swatches book. I also used the toppers “outside” parts to decorate my book, which create and interesting colorful circle pattern.

Here is the look inside my ink swatches book. My Altenew ink swatches to be exact. I have a large and bulky one for all my swatches, but since I work so often with Altenew ones I opted to have a separate smaller handy one for that.
