CARD
What I like about washi tapes is that you can make a card with no time using them. Like I’m talking about in the morning before heaving to work between shower and putting on makeup time. That’s basically what it took me to make this card.
And let’s take a moment and talk about how gorgeous washi tapes with gold foiling are. They’re must haves for gold lovers. Gorgeous and easy to work with. I was using several of them to make the card.
I started by applying the Gold Splatter Navy Washi Tape onto a white panel. Which I then adhered onto a white card base.
After that I applied Gold Foil .5 Inch Washi Tape onto another piece of a white cardstock, trimmed it to the washi width and adhered onto the card.
Next I did the same with the Golden Strokes Washi Tape. This one I popped up using dimensional adhesive.
After that I made a wide gold stripe by applying the Gold Foil 1 Inch Washi Tape onto a white cardstock and die cut letters for the word hugs using the Inline Alpha Die Set. Then I adhered the sentiment onto the stripped piece.
To finish off the card I added several Gold Foil Confetti.
