ALTENEW BUILD-A-FLOWER: CANTERBURY BELLS
The new flower is very beautiful and easy to work with. Layers are easy to align and because both stem and flower heads are on the same stamp die-cutting it is a quick job as well.

CARD
I made simple card with Spring feeling (at least that’s how I feel it) using the new set.
I stamped the flower three times using pink and green inks (linked below) with brown outline. Then I die-cut them using the matching die.
After that I colored the die-cut outline with the Sea Glass (B201) Artist Marker.
I made a panel out of a Solar White Cardstock and blended Ocean Waves Dye Ink onto it. I choose this ink to match the outline I made with the artist marker. Ink blending gives a lighter result than stamping or coloring, so I chose ink one step up in the color family Cool Summer Night versus the one I was using for coloring outlines.
Then I adhered the flowers onto a the panel, two were adhered flat and one I decided to pop up. After that I foam mounted the panel onto a Parchment card base.
To finish off the card I added the white one black sentiment and several clear droplets.
