STAMPtember | Altenew Exclusive

Hi friends,

I’m sure you all follow STAMPtember – a month long event of celebrating creativity. And stamping of course. There are a lot of fun things happen during this month and one of the most exciting ones are exclusive collaboration sets. I was honored to play with Altenew Exclusive Stamp Set – Dainty Sprig.

I made a simple and elegant card with fall feeling to it using this amazing set.

I made a panel out of kraft cardstock and stamped the background using the outline stamp from the set with Rocky Shore Dye Ink.

Then I white embossed the same stamp several times onto a watercolor panel (I used Tim Holtz one as it is white). Then I watercolored it with Altenew Watercolors. I did a very basic messy wet-on-wet watercoloring.

I also die-cut a scalloped border and adhered it in the bottom of the panel. Which I wrapped with a natural twine and popped onto the card base.

I stamped a sentiment onto a white stripe using Altenew Mocha Dye Ink and popped it onto the card. Which I finished off my adding several orange enamel dots.
